Cleanroom Injection Molding

Gracon Manufacturing's  ISO-7 cleanroom facility was built with the goal of reducing contaminates at every step of the production process. If you need to manufacture a plastic part where contamination concerns are high, our cleanroom is your solution.

General Injection Molding

For projects that do not require cleanroom standards, our team gives you access to the right equipment to reliably and efficiently make your parts. From 10-ton to 250-ton presses, this fleet of 10 injection molding machines can make anything from less than 1 square inch to more than 1 square foot.

Cleanroom and White Room Assembly

Our dedicated assembly teams work to meet your requirements and can support small to medium-sized batch projects. We offer testing to customer specifications and use customer designed testing equipment where required.

Secondary Operations

Secondary operations offered at our facility includes part labeling, in-mold labeling, pad printing, and more. Tell us about your project – we have the capital and are happy to expand our current in-house capabilities to meet your projects’ needs.

Packaging

We offer an assortment of packaging solutions and can adjust to meet your needs. For projects requiring more specialized packaging, our dedicated partners can help to make sure your product meets all requirements at the highest level of quality.

Product Development

At Gracon Manufacturing, we understand the importance of the design process and how it impacts your product's quality, reliability, functionality, and manufacturability. 

Prototyping

After you approve design drawings, we can make prototypes to physically test and evaluate fit, form, and function. For our partners creating a medical device, we leverage 3D additive manufacturing and aluminum inserts to meet verification and validation requirements at a low cost.
